British singer Chantitown stands ‘Strong In Broken Places’ with latest song

This weekend Chantitown shared her latest track, ‘Strong In Broken Places’. The track was premiered via Vents Magazine and you can read the premier here. There is a poetic rhythm that shines through as the singer states half the lyrics whilst singing the other half.

I like playing with words, rhythm and sounds. I felt this song lent itself well to be sung as if I was reading a poem. Strong in Broken Places comes from an honest place, I think you can hear the truth right until the very end.

‘Strong In Broken Places’ comes ahead of her unreleased EP, Camouflage, which will be shared near the beginning of October. We’re hoping she’ll release at least one more single to tide us over until then.

Camouflage EP Tracklist:
01.  Strong in Broken Places
02.  Alive
03.  Young and the Foolish
04.  Somebody Else

Last year, Chantitown also released the dramatic music video for ‘Mother of Sun’ set on a picturesque beach and framed by a pronounced grey sky. The full-length black dresses of both the mother and child provide a stark contrast to traditional beachwear. We’re looking forward to seeing the music video for ‘ Strong In Broken Places’, if the songstress chooses to do one.
