Hailing from Ireland, the Cork-based rock band extraordinaire, The Burma is announcing their much-anticipated debut album Sucker For Stars as well as offering the Title Track via The Burma Music. Enlisting the name The Burma, obtained from The Burma Steps positioned in  Cobh, Co. Cork, the eclectic musicians will surely continue to amaze their fans with their ingenuity.

The Burma enlighten us about the evolution of their creative process in the making of Sucker For Stars: “The album represents two different sounds for us – the first, made up of 6 older songs which we’ve held onto over the years- and then 5 brand new songs showing where our writing style is at in its current form. It’s a milestone moment for us to have our debut album out in the world, it’s been a long time coming”.
